How Booking Works – Glofox

All bookings for evaluations, lessons, and classes at All‑Star Training Center are now managed through the Glofox booking platform.

Important: All memberships and lesson packages are added to the child account ONLY. Parents manage the account but bookings must be made under the athlete’s child profile.

1. What is Glofox?

Glofox is the scheduling platform used by All‑Star Training Center to manage:

  • Lessons
  • Classes
  • Evaluations
  • Memberships
  • Training packages

Each family will have:

  • 1 Parent Account
  • 1 or more Child Accounts

All memberships and packages are attached to the CHILD account.

2. Booking Lessons and Evaluations

You can book sessions in two ways:

Option 1 — Book from this website

Visit the Bookings page to schedule:

  • Free evaluations
  • Private lessons
  • Classes

Option 2 — Use the Glofox App

3. First Time Setup

📍 When you open the app, under Find your studio or gym, search for:

All Star Training Center

Then complete the following:

  • ✅ Create a Parent Account
  • ✅ Create Child Account(s)
  • ✅ Sign waivers on BOTH parent and child accounts

Important Update

Text‑based bookings are no longer available.

All scheduling must be completed through:

  • The Booking page on this website
  • The Glofox mobile app
