Aaron Schaefer has taken the path most young players are chasing — and he's taken all of it. He spent two years at St. Petersburg College before earning his way to Bethune-Cookman University, a Division I program in Daytona. After his college eligibility ran out, he pitched professionally in three different leagues: the Pioneer League with the Yuba-Sutter High Wheelers, the Atlantic League with the York Revolution, and the Frontier League with the Trois-Rivières Aigles.

That journey — junior college to Division I to professional baseball — is exactly the road most of our families are trying to navigate, and Aaron has walked every mile of it. He knows how the recruiting process actually works, what a college coach is looking for, and what changes when an athlete steps up a level.

Along the way he trained under a wide range of coaches and pitching philosophies, and he brings all of it to the mound with him. At All Star Training Center, Aaron focuses on developing complete pitchers — the mechanics, the preparation, and the competitive mindset it takes to keep moving up.
